Ask these four powerful questions.

– Whether your organization or boss wants to invest in you. You are very lucky if answer is “yes“.

– What else is the option? Are you willing to take responsibility for your career, and life? If answer for this is a resounding “yes“, what is stopping you? No one, nothing can stop you to reach your ‘#Unlimited’ potential.

– ‘When the student is ready Master manifests’. Make sure you get the right coach. One who is certified/credentialed and works for you.  One who is a #level5+ leader himself, as Jim Collins defines (paradoxical blend of humility & professional will). The connect, trust is very important for a great outcome for the #coachee.

As such, just one question may be needed: Am I willing to take responsibility for my career, life?
