Live Mint: We have to be idealists to be true realists

Man’s Search for Meaning: One book we should read at least once in our lifetime. Earlier better!
Life Purpose/Meaning: “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing. The last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way”

“Eventually there is an intensification of inner life that helps the prisoner to find a refuge from the emptiness, desolation and spiritual poverty of his existence.”

Relationship is one of the most common issues our clients come up for coaching/mentoring, counseling/healing sessions: “My mind still clung to the image of my wife. A thought crossed my mind: I didn’t even know if she were still alive. I knew only one thing—which I have learned well by now: Love goes very far beyond the physical person of the beloved. It finds its deepest meaning in his spiritual being, his inner self. Whether or not he is actually present, whether or not he is still alive at all, ceases somehow to be of importance

My Fav: “If we take man as he is, we make him worse, but if we take man as he should be, we make him capable of becoming what he can be.” This is at the core of leadership, relationship and #LIfePurpose
We play his video in every workshop. https://www.youtube.com/watch…
Every time I watch it, I tear up. I can’t even imagine what he would have gone through in the concentration camp. But how he handled it is most inspiring.
