And that is what South African cricket team needs. (Also, every other cricket team. Perhaps, Pak & England teams, more urgent!)
All teams have coaches, trainers, consultants, et al. But, they need someone to help them ‘Act Like a Leader, Think Like a Leader’. Every member, not just captain or seniors.
A leadership coach can help them. Not a psychologist either.
