Customer service is key to customer relationship management. Not mere ‘#CRM‘, much beyond that…Communication is at its core. Acknowledging, responding, and of course, resolution, all quickly.

I am associated with a service provider, a global brand brand, with global footprint. I got a mail from them this morning saying, ‘they have streamlined their e-mail IDs and have a single e-mail ID. This mail box will be maintained by the whole team, to ensure prompt response. Individual IDs disabled.’

– Single ID for the group – anyone can access, will respond promptly.

– Individual IDs disabled. If we have developed connect with anyone in the team, s/he can’t be reached through mail 🙂

Team effort, all members of team on same page, consistency in & speed of communication. Impressive. That is level5+ leadership and CRM thereof!
