Prof Ibarra suggests to ‘talk & think like a leader’. Or, ‘walk the talk’! That is to Lead from a State of Being. At that state, authenticity is natural. At the same time, we don’t need to over-do it, exhibiting all our thoughts & feelings. But be “aware” of these and lead with that humility.

As such anyone who opts to stay in comfort zone is not a leader and as such cannot stagnate! For same reason, leadership is not ‘doing what feels most comfortable’ or ‘covering ineffectiveness’. That is just not leadership, let alone from a state of authenticity.
Be playful, but be authentic even while playful.

BE…. AUTHENTIC!
