told us our Guru in 1988, and I learned the essence of communication skills.
It has been a life long journey to put it into practice, as a corporate leader and as an entrepreneur, executive coach.

A friend, who returned from a long break from a vacation at Bali recently said,
‘I listen to the paddy grow….’ .
Communication is not about me, as the communicator. But the other person.
As I moved from corporate role to coaching, this made more sense. From a command & control to empowering, in communication.
