The ICF India Coaching Conclave 2026 was a memorable gathering of coaches, leaders, organizations, and changemakers from across the country and overseas for two enriching days of learning, growth, and connection.
As one of the major sponsors of the conclave, Regal Unlimited was delighted to be part of the event—not only as participants, but also as contributors to the larger coaching community. Yet, when we look back on those two days, what stands out most is not a particular session or keynote.
It is the people.
A Sea of Regal Yellow
If there was one thing that stood out for us over the two days, it was the sea of Regal yellow across the venue, on day 1 of the conclave.
Nearly 20 Regal coaches attended the conclave, and from the opening sessions to the closing conversations, familiar flashes of yellow could be seen everywhere. What began as a simple colour choice soon became a visible reminder of something deeper—a community that continues to stay connected long after certifications, retreats, and coaching programs have ended.
More Than a Conclave
One of the greatest joys of the conclave was reconnecting with fellow coaches.
Conversations picked up where they had left off. New friendships were formed. Old ones were renewed. Coaches from different cities, cohorts, and journeys found themselves sharing stories, reflections, and laughter once again.
Some of our alumni coaches made time to meet over breakfast the following morning—a simple reminder that community is often built in moments that happen beyond the formal agenda.
The conclave reinforced something we have always believed: coaching may be practiced individually, but it grows through community.

The theme of this year’s conclave was Coaching for 2030: Leading Change in a Dynamic World. Unsurprisingly, many of the conversations revolved around leadership, organizational culture, AI, human capability, and what the future might demand from leaders and coaches alike.
What stood out, however, was not just the themes themselves, but the growing recognition that coaching has a role to play in all of them. The challenges ahead cannot be addressed through intelligence alone. Leaders will need to navigate complexity, build meaningful human connections, and stay anchored to purpose and values.
In many ways, this reflects a philosophy that has shaped Regal Unlimited’s work over the years—the journey from IQ to EQ to SQ, and the belief that effective leadership is as much about awareness and consciousness as it is about capability.
Another encouraging aspect of this year’s conclave was the strong participation from organizations and corporate leaders. There was a growing interest in how coaching can help leaders navigate complexity, strengthen culture, and create more meaningful workplaces.
For us, this reflected a shift that has been steadily gathering momentum over the years. Coaching is increasingly moving beyond one-to-one conversations and finding its place within leadership, teams, and organizational culture. It is a direction Regal Unlimited has been committed to through its work with leaders, teams, and organizations.
The Regal Corner
Throughout the event, the Regal Unlimited counter became a natural meeting point.
Coaches dropped by between sessions, friends reconnected, introductions were made, and conversations continued long after the formal agenda had ended.

Another highlight was seeing Doing to Being find its way into so many hands. Watching participants pick up copies, engage in thoughtful discussions, and receive signed copies from Subash CV reminded us that books often become vehicles for conversations that extend far beyond their pages.
The Golden Egg and the Eagles
One of the more unexpected moments during the conclave was spotting a pair of eagles soaring near the very Banyan Tree at the venue and across the courtyard.
To many, it may have been a passing sight.
To us, it felt symbolic.
The eagle in the Regal story carries and protects the golden egg with strength, humility, and care. Watching those eagles above a gathering dedicated to coaching and human development felt strangely fitting.
The golden egg in the Regal logo has always represented potential, possibility, and responsibility. It serves as a reminder that while coaching continues to grow as a profession, our real responsibility lies in how we practice it, contribute to it, and steward it for future generations.
That reminder showed up in other ways too.
We chose not to apply for any awards this year—a conscious choice that reflected where we placed our attention.
Beyond credentials, recognition, awards, and everything visible on the surface, our real work continues to be the work we do on ourselves.
What Remains

The conclave also reminded us of something else: meaningful communities do not happen by accident. They are built over time through generosity, contribution, trust, and a willingness to show up for one another.
To all the Regal coaches, alumni, faculty members, friends, volunteers, organizers, chapter leaders, and participants who contributed to the spirit of the conclave—thank you.
The banners may have come down. The sessions may have ended. The photographs will eventually be archived.
But the conversations, relationships, and sense of community will continue.
Perhaps that is what we will remember most.
And for that, we are deeply grateful.
