Started loving the book right from the page one as Subash starts making distinctions between Transactional and Transformational coaching. I was reading this para more than once in page eight "It is not about giving people answers. It's about creating space for them to find their own. Space, as in a deeper consciousness .

Loved this book from the very first chapter. Subash beautifully explains the shift from transactional to transformational coaching in such a simple yet powerful way. I kept highlighting lines throughout the book. A must-read for aspiring coaches, leaders, and anyone passionate about personal transformation.

About the Book
Doing to Being is not a manual on coaching techniques. While frameworks and competencies have their place, this book explores what often unfolds beyond technique.
Through stories, reflections, and lived coaching conversations, the book traces the shift from performance to presence, and from managing outcomes to awakening human potential.
At the heart of the book lies the philosophy of IQ2EQ2SQ — the belief that intelligence, emotional maturity, and deeper awareness must evolve together for leadership and coaching to remain responsible and sustainable.

At the Heart of the Book Are Questions Such As
What lies beyond tools and methodologies in coaching?
How does a coach move from practising coaching to embodying it?
What happens when Coaching Quotient, Business Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient begin to integrate?

What You'll Explore
Five transformational threads woven through the book — each an invitation to look inward.

Why This Book Matters Today
As coaching continues to grow across organisations and leadership circles, there is a risk of reducing both leadership and coaching to tools, techniques, and performance metrics alone.
Yet sustainable growth rarely emerges from technique in isolation. It is shaped by awareness, emotional maturity, responsibility, and the way we engage with ourselves and others.
Doing to Being invites readers to explore these deeper dimensions of leadership and coaching in a rapidly changing world.

About the Author
Subash CV
Subash CV is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), leadership mentor, writer, and founder at Regal Unlimited and Regal Coaching Consortium. Over the years, he has explored the intersection of coaching, leadership, awareness, and human potential through his coaching conversations, writing, and work with leaders across industries.
At the heart of this book lies a belief that has shaped much of Subash’s work: coaching and leadership become transformational when awareness begins to guide action. He views both as inner journeys, where growth is shaped not only by what we do, but by who we become.
A Message from the Author
