- How Executive Coaching Elevates Decision-Making, Strategy, and Leadership Impact
In today’s business world, which is becoming increasingly dynamic by the day, all man-made executive leadership is no longer about issuing directives or hitting short-term targets. It is about making sound decisions, thinking strategically, and inspiring teams to perform with purpose. This is where executive coaching services become essential, offering leaders the reflective space, structure, and guidance to unlock their full potential. As organizations grapple with complex challenges — from technological disruption to geopolitical uncertainty — leaders must learn to sharpen the saw. Leadership isn’t static; it demands continuous growth. And executive coaching is one of the most effective ways to support that journey. Executive Coaching: A Catalyst for Better Decision-Making “Act like a leader, think like a leader.” Prof Herminia Ibarra Leadership is fundamentally a decision-making role. Every choice a leader makes carries long-term consequences — for the business, its people, and the legacy they leave behind. Yet, many leaders do not consciously work on improving how they make decisions. They rely on data and team input, but less on gut instinct, and rarely invest time in improving the process of decision-making. Executive coaching services offer that opportunity. An experienced coach helps leaders recognize cognitive biases, examine assumptions, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence. A seasoned executive coach, for instance, can support CXOs, entrepreneurs, and business heads to improve focus, align decisions with values, and remain steady in turbulent environments. Strategic Thinking: Looking Beyond the Quarter In most boardrooms, quarterly performance dominates strategic agendas. This short-termism leads to myopic decision-making, focused more on survival than sustainability. But real leadership requires thinking long-term — aligning strategy with organizational purpose, environmental responsibility, and stakeholder well-being. Ideally, the order should be: planet first, people second, profit last. Unfortunately, it’s often the reverse due to stakeholder pressure. Executive coaching helps leaders break free from this cycle. Through structured reflection and powerful questioning, coaching supports leaders in building strategic foresight — connecting day-to-day actions with long-term vision. Unlike one-time workshops or B-school frameworks, coaching provides ongoing support to help leaders think systemically, consider interdependencies, and stay future-ready. Top 7 Benefits of Leadership Coaching for Mid-Level Managers While top executives get the spotlight, mid-level managers are the backbone of any organization. Yet, they often feel overlooked and underprepared for future leadership roles. Leadership coaching empowers them — not just to manage tasks, but to lead people and drive culture. Here are the top 7 benefits of coaching for mid-level managers: Belonging – They feel valued, not excluded. Succession Planning – Coaching prepares them for CXO-level responsibilities. Cultural Transformation – Coaching fosters collaboration, empathy, and trust. Change Readiness – Reduced resistance and more agility in dynamic times. Emotional Intelligence – Better relationships and psychological safety within teams. Innovation – Coaching encourages curiosity and ideation. Growth Mindset – A strong learning orientation fuels long-term success. By investing in coaching at this level, organizations nurture future-ready leaders — creating a ripple effect of growth, engagement, and innovation. Coaching Support During Crisis and Transitions In times of crisis or transition, leaders are expected to act fast. That’s often seen as being incompatible with coaching — which is mistakenly considered soft or slow. However, coaching-based leadership is not about passivity. It’s about conscious action. During high-stakes situations — whether business crises, leadership transitions, or personal crossroads — coaching enables leaders to remain calm, focused, and empathetic. It helps them zoom out, consider the big picture, and make sustainable choices under pressure. Whether you’re transitioning into a CXO role or leading through a crisis, a certified executive coach can help you navigate the uncertainty with resilience and clarity. Navigating Conflict and Change Through Coaching Our world today faces unprecedented conflict — not just geopolitical, but also environmental, economic, and cultural. Many of these are leadership failures, rooted in ego, short-sightedness, or unchecked ambition. Coaching encourages leaders to rise above personal gain and think of the larger good — from “I” to “We” to “He”. It instills values of empathy, collaboration, and conscious capitalism. For example, as global supply chains are impacted by wars or tariff disputes, coaching helps leaders focus on innovation, ethical decision-making, and stakeholder inclusion. Coaching can’t solve every leadership crisis. But it can prevent many — by enabling leaders to anticipate, align, and act with integrity. Why Now? With the increasing demand for agile, conscious leadership, more organizations are investing in executive coaching certification for internal leaders and partnering with executive coaching services to support key talent. If you’re in India — and particularly if you’re looking for a trusted executive coach in Bengaluru — now is the time to explore how coaching can support you or your leadership team. Leadership today is not about control. It’s about clarity. Not about dominance, but about direction. And not about charisma, but about consciousness. Final Thoughts Whether you are a CXO making high-stakes decisions, a mid-level manager on the rise, or a founder navigating growth and uncertainty, coaching offers a powerful tool to lead with purpose and presence. It’s not just a trend. It’s a transformation. And it’s reshaping leadership, one conversation at a time.

- AI in the Coaching Room? How Far Is Too Far?
As AI becomes a more familiar presence in our lives and workspaces, the coaching community faces a unique opportunity and responsibility to engage with it consciously. To explore this shift, we reached out to a few experienced professionals, including voices from the Regal community, individuals who bring both coaching depth and digital curiosity. We’re grateful to each of them, Madhu Gade , Narayann Swaami and Mani Mohan Sitaraman for taking the time to share how they’re experimenting with GenAI and its tools, the boundaries they choose to maintain, and how they see the role of AI evolving in the coaching space. Here’s what they shared: Would you ever delegate session prep or follow-up to an AI assistant? Where would you draw the line? “I use GenAI tools to support my session preparation and post-session follow-ups, but I don’t delegate my core coaching responsibilities to AI assistants.”~ Madhu Gade “Some amount of session prep ( to see how l am coming across until l find comfort with my style, delivery and presence) – yes. Follow up is an easy task to delegate unless the coachee has preferences – this can be sorted out as part of the coaching agreement.”~ Narayann Swaami “Yes. First I will create the guardrails and within those guardrails I will allow the AI assistant to function when it comes to coaching.”~ Mani Mohan Sitaraman Have you experimented with AI for tasks like session notes, insights, content creation, or supervision? What has worked well? What did you find limiting? “I use AI tools for content creation, especially for newsletters and posts. They’ve worked very well for generating text, though the image generation still leaves room for improvement.”~ Madhu Gade “Yes. Session notes and insights already work well as does content creation. For supervision l would still use MCC level humans.”~ Narayann Swaami “Yes. First, I prepare 80% of the work and then leverage AI this approach has helped me a lot better. AI does well in managing case studies and creating session notes.”~ Mani Mohan Sitaraman What do you think the rise of AI brings for you, personally and professionally? “When used thoughtfully, AI can be incredibly helpful both personally and professionally. I’m currently using it to brainstorm ideas, design workshops, and create newsletters.”~ Madhu Gade “A tool to supercharge or enable growth and maybe competitive edge in the market, but then nothing changes too much because everybody also gets into the game and only a matter of time before they catch up.”~ Narayann Swaami “It has added wings to me and I have to learn to fly.”~ Mani Mohan Sitaraman How do we maintain coaching ethics in an AI-assisted world? “I’m very careful not to share any personal details of coaching clients with AI tools. I don’t use AI during the coaching conversation itself and I treat AI the same way I would treat another person when it comes to respecting confidentiality.”~ Madhu Gade “Constant monitoring and only delegating or scaling what works. I should always be having a level of control on what l would be represented as.”~ Narayann Swaami “When we do not have universally accepted definitions of ethics, it prudent to make it clear to the stakeholders what portion of the coaching is AI assisted and what is not.”~ Mani Mohan Sitaraman What excites you most (or worries you most) about AI in our profession? “I’m excited about the opportunities AI brings to support coaches in various aspects of running a coaching business from content creation to session prep and reflection. At the same time, I’m cautious about the confusion caused by rapid changes and overhyped trends in the AI space. With so much noise, it’s easy to lose focus. What remains essential, now more than ever is the core skill of coaching the client: being present, listening deeply, and creating a safe space for growth. No tool can replace that human connection.” ~ Madhu Gade “The scale does excite but the consequences and potential for misuse and scale false assumptions and set false expectations ( as with any technology) are cause for concern.”~ Narayann Swaami We see a range of thoughts. From curiosity to creativity, experimentation to ethics, the responses reflect a spectrum of thoughtful engagement. It’s important to exercise caution and be aware of where to draw the line. AI might assist a coach, but it can never be one. As always, the heart of coaching remains deeply human. That said, AI will not replace a coach’s expertise. It will supplement.
- Leaders as Coaches: Fostering Growth, Trust, and Accountability
In today’s rapidly changing world of work, the role of a leader is transforming. Leadership is no longer about command and control. The future belongs to those who empower, listen, and enable — leaders who coach. When leaders adopt a coaching mindset, they don’t just manage people — they develop them. They cultivate a culture of trust, foster growth, and build genuine accountability. Coaching is no longer optional — it’s fundamental to leading in an age of complexity, change, and even AI. Welcome to the era of the Leader as Coach — where human-centric leadership drives business success. From Giving Answers to Asking Powerful Questions For decades, leadership meant having the answers. But in the modern workplace — with flattened hierarchies, remote teams, and diverse generational needs — that model is outdated. What teams need today are leaders who: Listen without judgment Ask questions that unlock thinking Create safe spaces for experimentation That’s coaching. And when leaders lead this way, they build capability, not dependence. Coaching: The Leadership Advantage. At Regal Unlimited, we have seen firsthand how coaching transforms leadership . The impact is both personal and organisational: Fostering Growth and Ownership Coaching leaders empower their teams to think, decide, and develop. This fosters internal motivation and decreases the need for micro-management. Building Trust-Based Teams Presence. Listening. Empathy. These are not soft skills — they are powerful skills. Coaching cultivates deep trust, which enhances collaboration and resilience. Promoting Accountability Coaching redefines accountability. It becomes less about blame and more about ownership. Leaders shift from “Why didn’t you?” to “What support do you need?” — and teams respond with responsibility. Enhancing Business Outcomes From innovation to retention, coaching-driven leadership delivers results. It’s no surprise that high-performing, people-first organisations globally are establishing coaching cultures at scale. Coaching in Action: Real-World Examples Across industries, leaders are choosing to grow through coaching. Some recent examples from our work: When a global pharmaceutical brand wanted to enhance leadership quotient across regions, they chose Leader As Coach to build a pipeline of emotionally intelligent, future-ready leaders. A leading Indian pharma company, with global ambitions, brought all their senior leaders through the program — to shift from directive leadership to one that encourages innovation, dialogue, and trust. A top-tier services company is enabling all its people managers to experience Leader As Coach with Regal Unlimited. The aim: embed a coaching culture that extends beyond HR to transform leadership throughout the organisation. These are not isolated cases. This is a movement. Because the world needs leaders who don’t just deliver — but develop others while doing so. Beyond Skills: A Way of Being Can coaching be learned? Yes. And it must be. But it’s more than techniques — it’s a way of being. Our Leader As Coach programme is a 2-day immersive, ICF-aligned journey for senior leaders who want to: Master deep listening and presence Shift from problem-solving to potential-building Hold meaningful, growth-oriented conversations Navigate change and conflict with calm and clarity Lead at the intersection of IQ, EQ and SQ — including the often-neglected Spiritual Quotient that anchors purpose, values, and inner clarity. Whether you’re a CXO, an HR leader, or a business owner — this journey equips you not just to lead better, but to live better. Coaching and the AI Era: Why It Matters Now If coaching is not part of your leadership approach, you’re not preparing your teams — or yourself — for the future. Especially in the age of AI, where the emphasis is on skills and speed, leadership must bring heart and depth to the table. Because AI isn’t just a technological disruption — it’s a human leadership opportunity. Who will help teams navigate ambiguity? Who will develop emotional resilience and ethical clarity? Who will ensure purpose remains front and centre? Not machines. Coaching leaders will. Are You Ready to Lead Differently? The old models are collapsing. What’s emerging is more human, more conscious — and more impactful. Leader as Coach is not a luxury; it’s a strategic necessity. If you’re prepared to: Build high-performing, deeply engaged teams Shift from reactivity to intentional leadership Inspire ownership without causing burnout Lead with clarity, compassion, and courage … then this is your call to action. Join us at Regal Unlimited for a transformative leadership journey that aligns mind, heart, and soul. Because the future of leadership isn’t about knowing more. It’s about being more — more present, more human, more coach-like.
- Why ICF Certification is the Gold Standard in Coaching
We live in a world where anyone with a social media account can call themselves a coach. No formal training, no structure, no feedback loop. Just marketing, hashtags and half-baked wisdom. But coaching isn’t casual advice. It’s a profession grounded in skill, trust, and presence. Credibility matters. That’s why at Regal Unlimited, we align our training with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards, the most respected body in the global coaching industry. So if you’re wondering: “Do I really need an ICF credential?” The answer is simple. Only if you want to be taken seriously. Why ICF Certification Matters, and Why We Built Our Programs Around It Since 1995, the ICF has been at the forefront of defining coaching standards, ethics, and competencies that govern this transformative profession globally. Let’s have a look at what an ICF-aligned journey with Regal Unlimited looks like. Structured, Intentional Learning ICF coaching certification is the benchmark for professional coaching, and it doesn’t come easy. The ICF doesn’t hand out certificates in a weekend. To become an ICF-certified coach, you need: Coach-specific training through a structured, rigorous, accredited training program Mentor coaching with experienced professionals Practice hours prescribed by ICF, the unique framework we have A performance evaluation and a final knowledge-based assessment We don’t just help you meet these requirements, but prepare you to live them. Our programs are immersive, challenging, and transformational. The goal? Not just to accumulate hours, but to help you build your base, gain real coaching competence and stand out as a true professional. Ethics Are Not Optional ICF-trained coaches commit to a Code of Ethics that goes beyond buzzwords. It holds coaches accountable to the highest professional conduct, including confidentiality, boundaries and honouring the client’s autonomy. At Regal, we take that seriously. We help you internalize ethics as a way of being, something coaching crash courses or crash certifications often skip entirely. And also, stay away from bundling of offers with other non-coaching modalities. Competencies That Shape Your Core ICF’s 8 Core Competencies are fundamental, not just theory. They change how you listen, reflect, question, and embrace the essence of coaching. At Regal, coaching becomes second nature. We help you embody the competencies through a lot of practice, feedback, reflection, and mentor support. Anyone who’s been an alumnus with us will tell you the difference. Global Credibility Completing your ICF Coach Training doesn’t just earn you a certificate but also global credibility. Whether you’re coaching in India, the Middle East, or Europe, ICF Coach certification opens doors. Organizations actively seek out ICF coaches for leadership development, executive coaching, and team interventions. And clients? They trust the credential, and more importantly, they trust you. Continuous Growth ICF credentials are not one-time achievements. Coaches are encouraged to engage in CCE (Continuing Coach Education) and renew their credentials every three years, reinforcing a commitment to mastery. Not the Fastest Route, But a Credible One Getting an ICF credential is a slow-brewing process, and that’s the whole point. It is independent, peer-reviewed, and globally aligned. If you want to coach with depth and clarity, create meaningful client impact, and build trust from day one, then ICF is your foundation. And Regal Unlimited is your partner. The Regal Edge in ICF Coaching: How We Go Beyond the ICF Curriculum We don’t just train you to pass. - Best Executive Coaching Practices to Accelerate Business Growth
If L-E-A-D-E-R were an acronym, what would the R stand for? For us at Regal Unlimited, R represents Result-Oriented. After all, results are the benchmark by which managers and leaders are judged. Unfortunately, in the rush to meet quarterly and annual targets, many leaders lose sight of the bigger picture. They become so fixated on the scoreboard that they miss the forest for the trees. In today’s high-stakes, fast-paced business world, the margin for error is razor-thin. As markets change, strategies shift, and leadership demands grow, the question isn’t whether leaders need support — it’s how they access it. That’s where Executive Leadership Coaching comes in. No longer a luxury exclusive to the C-suite, executive coaching has become a strategic tool for organisations seeking to accelerate business growth through aligned, inspired, and conscious leadership. At Regal Unlimited, we have seen firsthand how the right Executive Coaching Programme can unlock clarity, confidence, and capability—not just in individual leaders but across entire organisations. Here are the best practices that genuinely impact business outcomes. 1. Begin with a Clear Coaching Mandate Every effective coaching journey starts with clarity. Whether it involves one-on-one coaching for a CEO or a wider Executive Coaching Services engagement across leadership levels, alignment on purpose is crucial. Ask: Is the coaching intended to support a leadership transition? Is it aimed at expanding a founder-CEO mindset? Is it connected to cultural transformation or succession planning? Defining outcomes upfront allows the coach, coachee, and sponsor to jointly create success metrics that are both meaningful and measurable. 2. Select the Right Coach–Client Fit In coaching, chemistry isn’t optional—it’s fundamental. The success of any engagement relies on trust, safety, and resonance between the coach and the leader. At Regal Unlimited, we facilitate discovery sessions so leaders can choose their coach—a step that fosters ownership and psychological safety. After all, Executive Leadership Coaching works best when leaders do not feel ‘sent” to coaching but willingly step into it. 3. Adopt a Holistic Approach: IQ + EQ + SQ The most effective coaches do more than help clients achieve KPIs—they assist leaders in increasing awareness. At Regal, our coaching is based on the IQ–EQ–SQ model: IQ for strategic clarity and decision-making EQ for relational intelligence and team dynamics SQ (Spiritual Quotient) for purpose, values, and legacy thinking When leaders develop as complete human beings, business growth naturally occurs. 4. Set Audacious Goals—Beyond SMART While SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) have their place, transformational leadership requires going beyond. In our Executive Coaching Programs, we encourage leaders to set audacious, purpose-driven goals—the kind that stretch beyond comfort zones and ignite deep commitment. These goals: Align with the leader’s life purpose, not just organizational targets Inspire innovation and bold decision-making Create a ripple effect that energizes teams and stakeholders When leaders dare to dream bigger, they open the door to extraordinary results. 5. Include Tools for Structured Reflection Great coaching invites reflection, but structured reflection deepens it. That’s why we use tools like Regal@60, our proprietary framework that helps leaders pause, assess their leadership journey, and plan forward with intent. Complementary tools—such as 360° feedback or Hogan assessments—add data-backed insights into strengths, blind spots, and growth edges, making the coaching journey richer and more targeted. 6. Ensure Confidentiality and Coaching Ethics True coaching magic happens in a safe, confidential space. At Regal Unlimited, our coaches are certified by ICF and EMCC—the two most respected global coaching bodies—and adhere to their ethical guidelines. When exploring Executive Coaching Services, ask: Is the coach credentialed? Do they have ongoing supervision? Are they committed to their own continuous growth? Because great coaches never stop learning. 7. Treat Coaching as a Process, Not a Quick Fix Sustainable growth doesn’t come from a single “breakthrough” session. It’s built over time. The most impactful Executive Coaching Programs we’ve run have spanned 6–9 months or more, allowing leaders to: Explore their context deeply Experiment with new behaviors Re-align mindset and energy Embed change into their systems As we often say: Coaching is not about the coach, not even about the client—it’s about the process. It works if you work it. 8. Build an Internal Coaching Culture One of the highest-ROI investments an organization can make is developing a coaching culture—from the C-suite to first-time managers. That’s why, beyond 1:1 executive coaching, we offer Executive Coaching Certification for leaders who want to coach their teams. When coaching becomes a way of being—how leaders listen, ask, and engage—it transforms culture from control to co-creation, and from compliance to commitment. Why Executive Coaching in Bengaluru Matters Bengaluru’s dynamic ecosystem of startups, global enterprises, and emerging talent makes it a hub for leadership innovation. As an Executive Coach in Bengaluru, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across tech, pharma, BFSI, and manufacturing—helping them navigate pivots, pressures, and possibilities. In this hyper-competitive market, coaching isn’t just valuable—it’s essential for sustainable growth. In Conclusion, Business Growth Begins with Inner Growth The ROI of executive coaching is no longer up for debate. But here’s the deeper truth: before it transforms business outcomes, it transforms people. If you’re a CXO, business owner, HR leader, or founder wondering how to unlock the next level of performance, start by asking:What kind of leader must I become for the future I envision? Executive coaching can help you find that answer. 🔗 Explore Executive Coaching Services at Regal Unlimited💼 For inquiries on bespoke coaching engagements or leadership coaching cohorts, connect with us. - How Coaching Helps Leaders Navigate Conflict and Change
Conflict and change – they are not occasional disruptions – they are constant companions of leadership. Conflict shows up in team disagreements, clashing priorities, or even quiet tensions, no one voices. Change arrives through reorganizations, market shifts, or the sudden need to adapt to new technologies. Leaders are expected to navigate all this smoothly. Yet many discover that the biggest challenge is not what is happening around them, but how they respond. Coaching doesn’t offer scripts or formulas. Instead, it helps leaders pause, reflect, and find clarity in the midst of complexity. Coaching as a Way of Seeing Conflict and change don’t vanish because of coaching. But leaders begin to see them differently. Conflict becomes information, not an attack. Change becomes a process of renewal, not just disruption. This shift in perspective doesn’t just help leaders cope – it helps them lead with steadiness and humanity. Hence, organizations today are increasingly turning to Executive Coaching to help their leaders develop the vision leaders today must have. Conflict: From Tension to Understanding Imagine a leadership team debating budget allocations. One group argues for investing in innovation; another insists on strengthening existing operations. At first, it looks like a power struggle. But underneath, it’s a clash of priorities: the future versus the present. A leader who has experienced Executive Coaching would respond with curiosity – “What values are driving these views?” “What risks do we take if we ignore either side?” By asking rather than dictating, conflict becomes a source of insight. The Upanishads capture this spirit beautifully: “ Ekam Sat, Vipra bahuda vadanti ” – Truth is one; the wise express it in many ways. Disagreement, when explored with openness, often reveals multiple paths to the same truth. Change: From Resistance to Renewal Now, picture an organization going through a merger. Teams suddenly expand, cultures collide, and processes change overnight. The immediate instinct for many leaders is to assert control — to show confidence, even if they don’t feel it. But people can sense the gap between words and reality. Instead of reassurance, it breeds mistrust. A coached leader learns a different approach. They acknowledge the uncertainty: “We don’t have all the answers yet, but we will figure this out together.” That simple honesty creates trust. It signals safety in the storm. Coaching doesn’t stop the winds of change. It teaches leaders to adjust their sails, so the journey becomes manageable – even meaningful. Why Coaching Works Leaders already attend workshops and leadership programs. So what makes coaching different? It’s personal: Coaching addresses your conflicts and your changes, not abstract case studies. It’s reflective: Instead of providing answers, coaching asks questions that unlock new thinking. It’s lasting: Once leaders learn to replace judgment with curiosity, they carry it into every conversation. You don’t learn new techniques, you learn how not to lose yourself in the middle of conflict and chaos. Why Leaders Should Look at Becoming Coaches It’s not just that leaders benefit from being coached. Increasingly, the best leaders become coaches themselves. Think about it: leadership is no longer about having all the answers. In complex, fast-changing environments, answers quickly become outdated. What endures is the ability to ask better questions, listen deeply, and create space where others can think and grow. That’s exactly what coaching is. And when leaders adopt a coaching mindset, several things happen: Conflicts are handled differently. Instead of imposing solutions, leaders draw out perspectives and create shared ownership. Change feels safer. When leaders coach, they don’t just announce change; they guide people through their fears and hopes. Teams become more resilient. Coaching leaders build confidence in others, so people don’t just depend on the leader – they learn to navigate challenges themselves. Leaders as coaches don’t push or dictate; they walk alongside, modelling steadiness while allowing others to discover their own strength. For leaders considering the path of becoming coaches formally, it’s more than a professional skill. It’s a way of deepening their own leadership journey while contributing to the growth of others. It’s also a way of leaving behind something more enduring than results – the capacity in people to lead themselves. A Reflection for You Think about a conflict you’ve observed recently – in your workplace or elsewhere. Was it really about the issue on the table, or about something deeper: recognition, security, or belonging? Now think about a change you’ve been part of. Did it feel imposed, or did it feel co-created? How did the leader’s approach shape your own response? Finally, ask yourself: as a leader, how often do you show up with answers, and how often do you show up with questions? That simple reflection can be the beginning of your own journey towards leading like a coach with the help of Executive Coaching and becoming a credentialed coach. With our Executive Coaching services , we’ve seen leaders transform – not just their teams, but their own way of seeing the world. Start your journey today.
- COACHING TEAMS – Creating magic with the teams
Guest Author PK Narayanan CEO Coach www.pknarayanan.com Having ‘Individual Excellence’ and ‘Collective Brilliance’ at the same time amongst the top management team is a dream of every business Leader. The exciting fact is that it’s possible! We often see Business Unit heads / the top management team members / the functional heads in organisations display Individual Excellence (excellence of their respective teams included); yet the ‘Collective Brilliance’, working seamlessly as a team, largely appear to be missing. At this level, the experiences show 2+2 adding to less than 4, though the business objective is to take it above . How a business could accomplish Individual Excellence and Collective Brilliance at the same time? How would that impact their business performance and profits? Coaching Teams provides a solution. This could be used effectively to take businesses to the next level. Team Coaching comes in different types, shapes and shades; For a context described above, a team coaching intervention inter-laced with individual coaching could bring about magic! Team Coaching generally involves multiple Coaching sessions with the team (one-to-many) that are structured to address specific needs of the business. Carefully chosen business themes could be accentuated by weaving them across the sessions. Team Coaching could be structured to help align Individual, Team and Organisational goals for each team member resulting in increased levels of engagement, increased levels of awareness, creating transformational impact on the teams. Team Coaching works as a reflective, action-oriented, co-creative, collaborative process to bring about positive outcomes for businesses. It’s time the businesses start benefiting from it. - Why leadership is about IQ, EQ and SQ? #IQ2EQ2SQ
Is #IQ2EQ2SQ the journey of a leader? A leader in the corporate, business, professional, NGO, even politics. A leader at all levels, a team-lead, or first-time manager to the CEO. Facing a challenge of not only the lifetime, but perhaps of the century, arising out of #covid19, #lockdown. We have moved beyond the cliched #VUCA now! Every leader is surely facing the challenge of a lifetime within himself/herself. And how s/he manages this crisis will determine the legacy . Not just at work, but at home and in the community. For we are all in this together. There is no choice. Hence, physical distancing is a must-do. And, not social distancing. What got you here, will not take you ‘ there ‘ , (courtesy @MarshalGoldsmith). Now we do not know where we are headed! What is the goal? Destination? Without knowing where we are headed, how do we check, ‘if we are on track?’ #I2We2He: Whatever leadership role we are playing, basic IQ has got us here. What would take us forward, as a leader, would be how we bring in empathy into our leadership. It is not about I/me/mine anymore. Not about my ego, or selfishness. If we can move beyond I and We, to ‘He’… then we are truly blessed. Only a fraction of the world population is blessed to move into that consciousness, even with leadership positions. ‘ He ‘, as per your definition. God. Universe. Guru. HiC or Higher Consciousness, as we use in one of the healing methodologies. Is it a marathon or a sprint? Do we even have a choice? # Hero’sJourney , as Joseph Campbell may add. Operating at full potential, or in a self-actualized state, going by Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Maximizing potential, personal and professional potential, as per ICF definition of coaching. ‘All beings, knowingly or unknowingly, is on a spiritual pilgrimage’, Master says. What would it take to shift my consciousness #I2We2He so that I operate at the confluence of #IQ2EQ2SQ? Coaching can help.
