“It’s become a win-at-all-costs culture” for parents, coaches, teachers, administration and also supporters! We often forget children play for just having fun.

Winning was just one of 81 determinants that makes playing sports enjoyable for children. It was rated 48th. There are 47 more important things that children, coaches, parents, administrators, supporters, etc. should be focusing on. (A study of sports psychology at The George Washington University)

We, so called elders, deprive children of their fun.

The risk is much bigger. Children carry this attitude into their youth & beyond, exhibiting these very facets at work. A whole of issues arise out that – related to stress, health, relationships, etc.

Sadly, we have forgotten work by itself is the reward.
