Why do I want to become a coach?

1. Our ICF Coach training is to equip the aspiring coaches with coaching skills to partner with the client for a transformational shift. Not small, incremental changes.

2. It is also not a sprint to coach certification/ICF credentials. It is a marathon for the self-transformation of the coach.

3. This is not like any other ‘business’ to make quick, big bucks.

Through coaching, the coach is blessed to witness the transformational shift. If money is the objective, where is the question of tapping into Unconditional Positive Regard (UPR) or intuition? Where is the question of customer centricity?

Coaching is one of the fastest growing business in the West, pegged at over $ 2 billion. Still that can not be the main motivator.

4. What about continued learning? This is as much a deeper journey for the coach within. With $$ as the motivator, will that happen?

The coach will surely experience #abundance, at a deep level.

Be clear about the objective – ‘Why I want to become a coach?’ If it is money, power, recognition, name/fame, pls go elsewhere.

If you are ready to go through the rigor of the self-discovery, and in the process, become a good coach (not even a “great” coach),  join us.

#Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential (ICF)

Then becoming a coach is a stepping stone to being a coach, and coach from a state of being.
