How does Coaching Work?
Over the last 5 years, we have coached a wide range of professionals including CEO, CFO, COOs, successors to family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, mid-level professionals and even leading artists from the performing and visual arts arena.
Our coaching practice is designed in such a way that the coach becomes as much a confidant, as an accountability partner in the journey. We work together with our coachees to decide on the goals and the ways to achieve the goals, giving the entire process a sense of ownership.
The Regal Coaching Model is the mainstay of our coaching process. As per requirement, we use psychometric tools as well as specialised coaching tools such as visualization, perceptual positioning, & The Wheel, ‘Great to GOOD’ ©.
Our coaching curriculum comprises six to nine coaching sessions with the first session being complementary. This session enables the coach and the client to understand each other and define the expected outcome from the engagement. At the end of the first session, the coach evaluates the expressed goals of the clients and charts the future course of the engagement in consultation with the coachee.

My professional journey along with Subash as a coach, started in April 2013. Since then, he has been a great anchor to me at a personal level. He has empowered me with simple easy to use tools, which has had great impact while sailing the high tides of the profession.
